NUTT hydraulic brake products are designed for selected vehicle applications.

Compatibility may depend on brake rotor dimensions, caliper mounting points, mounting brackets, brake hose connections, electrical cut-off systems, and vehicle production variations.

If a customer orders an incorrect configuration despite accurate compatibility information being provided, the return may be handled as a non-defective return.

If a product was incorrectly advertised by NUTT Braking as compatible with a particular vehicle configuration, we will assess the matter as a potential product nonconformity and provide the remedies required by applicable law.

Customers should not modify or force-fit incompatible brake components.

6. Installed or Used Products

Hydraulic braking systems are safety-critical components.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, products that have been installed, altered, damaged, or used beyond reasonable inspection may be subject to eligibility restrictions or lawful deductions.

However, installation or use does not automatically eliminate statutory rights relating to defective, unsafe, or nonconforming products.

If you suspect a brake defect, stop using the affected vehicle and contact our support team.

Do not perform unsafe riding tests or dismantle hydraulic components solely to demonstrate a defect.

7. Return Request Procedure

To request a return:

2. Explain whether the request concerns a change of mind, incorrect order, compatibility issue, damage, or suspected defect.

3. Provide supporting photographs or other relevant information where reasonably available.

Please contact us before shipping a return so that we can provide the correct return warehouse address.

Do not send returns to our Hong Kong registered business address unless specifically instructed.

8. Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or legally nonconforming products, NUTT Braking will cover reasonable and necessary return shipping costs as required by applicable law.

For voluntary returns involving products without defects, return shipping responsibility will follow the terms disclosed to the customer before purchase.

If the customer is legally responsible for return shipping, the applicable charges or method of calculating them will be disclosed as required by law.

No undisclosed restocking or handling fees will be imposed.
